Our Guarantee
We stand behind every bag we sell. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no hassle. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Food Products — All Sales Final
Because our products are perishable food items packed at peak freshness, we cannot accept returns on opened or consumed products. This is standard practice for food safety and ensures every customer receives a safe, fresh product.
We will issue a full refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged in transit
- A product is spoiled or doesn't meet quality standards
- You received the wrong item
- Your order is lost or never delivered
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly
- Products that have been stored improperly after delivery
How to Report an Issue
Email us at help@elrancherocarneseca.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 24 hours and resolve most claims the same day.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, take a photo before opening it. This helps us file claims with the carrier and speeds up your replacement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but our damage and quality guarantees still apply.
