El Ranchero’s rendition of traditional machaca, straight from the heart of Northern Mexico. Our original slow-dried beef is shredded by hand and packaged in 1oz bags. Our machaca can be enjoyed directly from the bag or used in home-cooked recipes such as machaca con huevos or traditional burritos. High in protein and zero additives- this is old school shredded beef jerky.
