Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70
- Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): $5.99 flat rate
- Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): $12.99 flat rate
Rates are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates and free shipping thresholds at any time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Packaging
Our carne seca and machaca are shelf-stable products that do not require refrigeration or cold packing. All products are sealed in their original packaging and shipped in protective mailers or boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship the order at the customer's expense.
P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS.
